Hawaiian Tuna
BBQ Grilled Tuna Steak (with Hawaiian spice rub)
Red Pepper
Sweetcorn
Grilled Courgette (Zucchini)
Shredded Carrot
Lettuce
Jalapeno-Lime-Honey Dressing
Our good friend Kim gave us a delicious Hawaiian spice mix with all sorts of goodies in it including Hawaiian sea salt, coffee and herbs. This rub went wonderfully with the grilled tuna and grilled courgette, which made this salad a tasty mix of grilled goodies!
